I want to thank you for the excellent service you provided during my purchase of the 1991 Stapleton Pilothouse you had listed in Vero Beach, Florida. Buying a boat from a continent away, sight-unseen, adds some stress to the process. Your patience with me as I peppered you with questions about the Stapleton relieved a great deal of that stress and gave me the degree of comfort I needed to confidently make this investment in my business.
The closing process went as smooth as I have experienced, even though we were three time zones away and communicating via late night e-mails and cell phone calls at a moment’s notice. When I needed to make the closing happen due a hard transportation deadline, United Yacht’s closing office and agents acted quickly and with purpose to get my new boat on the road to Santa Cruz.
I appreciate your flexibility and dedication to make the deal happen. The Stapleton is going to be a valuable addition to my tow-boat fleet. If you are ever along the Central California Coast, remember to look for the red boats.
